Terms of use

The rules for using Sworn, in plain language.

Last updated October 5, 2026

What Sworn is

Sworn reads the public trading history of wallets you prove you control and shows the result as a card you can share. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

A card shows what a trader did in the past. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or copy anything, and past results say nothing about future ones. Trading crypto assets can lose you all the money you put in.

Your wallets

Only add wallets that are yours. Signing in uses a message signature and never a transaction. Sworn does not hold your keys or your funds, and you alone are responsible for keeping your wallet safe.

Accuracy of the numbers

PnL is computed from on-chain data that we receive from a third-party data provider. We work to make it right, but prices, token data or trades can be missing, late or wrong, and the numbers on a card can differ from what another tool shows. Cards are provided as they are, with no guarantee that they are complete or exact.

What you may not do

  • Pass off a wallet as yours when it is not.
  • Pick a username that pretends to be another person or project.
  • Edit a card image and present it as a real Sworn card.
  • Use a card to mislead people into sending you money.
  • Overload, scrape or try to break the site.

We can remove a username, a card or an account that breaks these rules.

Availability

Sworn is free and is offered without any promise that it will always be available. Features can change or be removed. Planned features on the roadmap are plans, not commitments.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sworn is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on a card, or from decisions you make after seeing someone else’s card.

Your data

What we store and who can see it is described on the privacy page.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If you keep using Sworn after a change, the new terms apply.
